Pattern

Ready Position
(facing D)

1. Move the left foot to B, forming a left front stance while executing a left low block with the left forearm 2. Move the right foot to B, forming a right front stance while executing a middle punch with the right fist.  3. Move the right foot to A, turning clockwise to form a right front stance toward A while executing a low block with the right forearm

 

4. Move the left foot to A, forming a left front stance while executing a middle punch with the left fist. 

5. Move the left foot to D, forming a left front stance while executing a low block with the left forearm 6. Move the right foot to D, forming a right front stance while executing a middle punch with the right fist. 7. Execute a left front kick to D

 

8. Land the left front kick in a front stance to D, while executing a left middle punch

9. Execute a right front kick to D 10. Land the right front kick in a front stance to D, while executing a right middle punch 11. Step the left foot up to D forming a sitting stance, execute a left inner forearm block to F

 

12. Execute a left knifehand strike to F 

13. Slide the feet together then form a sitting stance to A while executing a right inner forearm block to E 14. Execute a right knifehand strike to E 

 

15. Step the right foot back to C while executing a left high block to D 16. Step the left foot back to C while executing a right high block to D Step the right foot to C and move back to ready position
