Pattern

Ready Position
(facing D)

1. Move the left foot to B, forming a left front stance while executing a left single outer forearm block. 2. Execute a middle punch with the right fist.  3. Move the left foot on the line AB, and then turn clockwise to form a right front stance toward A while executing a right single outer forearm block

4. Execute a middle punch with the left fist. 

5. Move the left foot to D, forming a left front stance while executing a double knifehand block. 6. Move the right foot to D, forming a right front stance while executing a right middle spearhand strike 7. Spin counter-clockwise on the right foot 360 degrees forming a left front stance to D while executing a left high backfist

8. Move the right foot to D forming a right front stance while executing a high right backfist

9. Move the left foot to E spinning counter-clockwise forming a left front stance while executing a left single outer forearm block 10. Execute a middle punch with the right fist.  11. Move the left foot on line EF and then turn clockwise to form a right front stance toward F while executing a right single outer forearm block

12. Execute a middle punch with the left fist. 

13. Move the left foot to DB forming a left front stance while executing a high double outer forearm block 14. Execute a right front kick  15. Lower the right foot to DB forming a right front stance while executing a right middle punch with the right fist.

16. Execute a middle punch with the left fist (should quickly follow #15)

17. Move the right foot to DA forming a right front stance while executing a high double outer forearm block 18. Execute a left front kick  19.  Lower the right foot to DA forming a left front stance while executing a left middle punch with  the left fist.

20. Execute a middle punch with the right fist (should quickly follow #19)

21. Move the left foot to C forming a left front stance while executing a left high block 22. Move the right foot to C forming a right front stance while executing a right high block 23.  Move the left foot to B turning counter-clockwise forming a sitting stance toward D while executing a knifehand strike toward B

24. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then move the right foot to A forming a sitting stance toward D while executing a knifehand strike toward A Bring the right foot back to ready position
