Sparring: 2-3 Times

Board Breaking: The Black Belt may do either a three station break or a two station break.
A three station break would be a hand technique, a right foot kick and a left foot kick. A two
station break would be a hand technique and a jump kick. Jump kicks would include, but are not
limited to, jump round kick, jump front kick or jump sidekick over one obstacle.

Pattern

Ready Position
(facing D)

1. Move the left foot to B forming a left back stance while executing a double outer forearm block 2. Pull the right foot to the left knee forming a left one-leg stance while executing a high double upset punch 3. Execute a low sidekick to A keeping the hands as they were in position 2

4. Lower the right foot to A forming a sitting stance while executing a right knifehand strike to A

5. Execute a left reverse 90 degree horizontal punch across the chest 6. Execute a right inner forearm block and a left low block at the same time 7. Execute a left inner forearm block and a right low block at the same time

8. Execute a twin inner forearm block

9. Execute a right back elbow back strike with the left palm on the right fist 10. Execute a right punch with the left palm atop the right forearm 11.  Execute a left back elbow back strike with the right palm on the left fist

12. Execute a right side punch and a left 90 degree horizontal punch across the chest

13. Cross the left foot over the right foot forming a left X-stance while executing a low right circle upset outer forearm block to the left palm  14. Move the right foot to A forming a right back stance while executing a right C-block 15. Bring the left foot to the right foot forming a closed stance while executing a twin tension elbow strike

16. Move the left foot to B to form a sitting stance while executing a high right backfist and a left low block at the same time

17. Cross the right foot over the left foot forming a right X-stance while executing a low left circular upset hammerfist to the right palm  18. Move the left foot to B forming a left back stance while executing a left low circular double ridgehand block 19. Pivot with the left foot towards A to form a right back stance while executing a double outer forearm block

20. Pull the left foot to the right knee forming a right one-leg stance while executing a high double upset punch

21. Execute a low sidekick to B keeping the hands as they were in position 20 22. Lower the left foot to B forming a sitting stance while executing a left knifehand strike to B 23. Execute a right reverse 90 degree horizontal punch across the chest

24. Execute a left inner forearm block and a right low block at the same time

25. Execute a right inner forearm block and a left low block at the same time 26. Execute a twin inner forearm block 27. Execute a left back elbow back strike with the right palm on the left fist

28. Execute a left punch with the right palm atop the left forearm

29. Execute a right back elbow back strike with the left palm on the right fist 30. Execute a left side punch and a right 90 degree horizontal punch across the chest 31. Cross the right foot over the left foot forming a right X-stance while executing a low left circle upset outer forearm block to the right palm 


32. Move the left foot to B forming a left back stance while executing a left C-block

33. Bring the right foot to the left foot forming a closed stance while executing a twin tension elbow strike 34. Move the right foot to A to form a sitting stance while executing a high left backfist and a right low block at the same time 35. Cross the left foot over the right foot forming a left X-stance while executing a low right circular upset hammerfist to the left palm 

36. Move the right foot to A forming a right back stance while executing a right low circular double ridgehand block

Bring the left foot back to ready position
